"Hello, I'm Stan Leonard, Mayor of New Tazewell, TN, gateway to beautiful Norris Lake. As Mayor, I would like to welcome you to our town. If you're looking for a relaxed, laid back town of friendly people and beautiful scenery, this is the place.
We are located just an easy drive to Norris Lake, Lincoln Memorial Univesity, Knoxville and the Great Smokey Mountains. We have no city taxes but still provide, Police, Fire Protection and free garbage pickup. We have a low crime rate and multiple educational opportunities available to our citizens.
Visitors tell us that New Tazewell feels like home, and the day after they leave, they miss it already."
